Course Enrolment Terms for God-Like Engineering (GLE) Programmes — Metaphysics Christ Foundation · MCFGlobal.org

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 2025 · LAST UPDATED: JANUARY 2025

Important Notice These Terms and Conditions govern all course enrolments at Metaphysics Christ Foundation (MCF), registered in India under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. By completing registration and/or making payment for any MCF course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment and contact us at info@mcfglobal.org with your questions before registering.
01

Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Student" or "Participant") and the Metaphysics Christ Foundation ("MCF", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your enrolment in any God-Like Engineering (GLE) course or programme offered by MCF.

Enrolment in any MCF course constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person or an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or organisation to these Terms.

02

Course Registration and Enrolment

Enrolment in MCF courses is subject to the following conditions:

  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
  • MCF reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrolment at its sole discretion.
  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment as specified in Clause 3 below.
  • MCF may impose pre-requisite requirements for specific course levels; the Student is responsible for verifying eligibility prior to enrolment.
  • MCF reserves the right to modify course content, scheduling, delivery format, and instructors at any time and without prior notice, subject to maintaining the overall quality and scope of the programme.
03

Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. MCF does not offer partial payment, instalment plans, or deferred payment unless a specific written arrangement has been agreed upon in advance by an authorised MCF representative.

  • Fees are payable via the designated payment gateway or bank transfer as specified on the enrolment page.
  • All fees are quoted inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be received and confirmed before access to course materials, sessions, or any MCF resources is granted.
  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs are the sole responsibility of the Student.
Fee ClarityThe course fee structure for each GLE level is displayed at the point of enrolment. If you require a quotation or fee clarification prior to payment, write to info@mcfglobal.org.
04

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No RefundsAll course fees paid to MCF are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy without reservation. MCF strongly encourages prospective students to read all course information carefully and contact us with any questions before enrolling.

The no-refund policy applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal circumstances after enrolment
  • Failure to complete the course within the permitted timeline
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted
  • Technical difficulties arising from the Student's own equipment or internet connection
  • Withdrawal or abandonment of the course by the Student at any stage
  • Any other reason not attributable directly to MCF error or omission

If MCF cancels a course entirely (not merely reschedules it), an alternative enrolment in an equivalent course will be offered. MCF's liability in such circumstances is limited solely to the provision of an alternative placement, not a monetary refund.

05

Course Completion Timelines

All MCF courses carry a defined completion window. Students are required to complete all modules, assessments, and requirements within the stipulated period. The following timelines apply:

Course Level Completion Window Notes
God-Like Engineering I (GLE I) 40 days from date of enrolment Access to all materials commences immediately upon payment confirmation
God-Like Engineering II (GLE II) 40 days from date of enrolment Prerequisite: GLE I completion
God-Like Engineering III (GLE III) 40 days from date of enrolment Prerequisite: GLE II completion
God-Like Engineering IV (GLE IV) 30 days from date of enrolment Prerequisite: GLE III completion

Extensions to the completion window are not guaranteed and are available only at MCF's sole discretion upon written request. Extension requests must be submitted by email to info@mcfglobal.org at least five working days before the completion deadline. An administration fee may apply.

ImportantAccess to course materials, sessions, and resources will be suspended at the end of the completion window regardless of progress. Reactivation, where available, may attract an additional fee.
06

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All course content, materials, texts, frameworks, diagrams, videos, recordings, presentations, written works, and intellectual property associated with MCF courses — including but not limited to the God-Like Engineering series, the Blueprint of Creation framework, and all associated content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. R. K. Samson and/or Metaphysics Christ Foundation.

  • No course material may be reproduced, distributed, shared, published, broadcast, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of MCF.
  • Students may use materials solely for personal study and reflection during the course period.
  • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of MCF content may result in immediate cancellation of enrolment without refund and may attract legal action.
  • Recording of live sessions — whether audio, video, or screen capture — is not permitted without explicit written consent from MCF.
Copyright HolderAll intellectual property rights are held by Dr. R. K. Samson, Founder, Metaphysics Christ Foundation. All rights reserved.
07

Transferability

Course enrolments are strictly personal and non-transferable. A registered Student may not transfer their enrolment, access credentials, course materials, or any associated benefits to any other person under any circumstances.

Sharing of login credentials or access links is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

08

Code of Conduct

All Students are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and integrity throughout their participation in MCF courses. The following standards apply:

  • Treat fellow students, faculty, and MCF staff with dignity and respect at all times.
  • Engage with course content honestly and in good faith.
  • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct in any live or online learning environment.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation.
  • Respect the theological, philosophical, and spiritual nature of MCF's content.

MCF reserves the right to remove any Student from a course for violation of this Code of Conduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCF's total liability to any Student arising from or in connection with any course enrolment shall not exceed the total course fee paid by that Student.

MCF shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of income, or loss of data, arising from participation in — or inability to participate in — any MCF course.

MCF makes no warranty, express or implied, that participation in any course will produce any specific result, qualification, personal transformation, or professional outcome.

10

Amendments to These Terms

MCF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms, as published on MCFGlobal.org, shall govern any enrolment made on or after its publication date.

Students who have already enrolled and paid prior to any amendment will remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of their enrolment, unless MCF notifies them of a material change that affects their existing enrolment.

11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

MCF encourages Students to resolve any concerns informally in the first instance by contacting us at info@mcfglobal.org. Most matters can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
