2. NGO Membership & Authorized Access

  • Membership Privileges: Access to specific educational modules, publication archives, and digital courses is restricted to registered, active members in good standing.

  • Account Security: Members are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their login credentials. Account credentials may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials, textual content, video lectures, publications, branding, and digital media available across our platforms are the intellectual property of Metaphysics Christ Foundation.

  • Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and utilize the materials for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

  • Users may not:

    • Reproduce, retransmit, license, or commercially redistribute Foundation resources without express written consent.

    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the mobile application or web platforms.

4. Contributions & Membership Dues

Membership contributions, program fees, and voluntary donations support the educational and administrative operations of the Foundation. All financial transactions conducted via www.mcfglobal.org are processed under standard electronic payment regulations.

5. Code of Conduct & Termination

  • Members agree to use the platforms respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for individuals found violating intellectual property policies, attempting unauthorized platform exploitation, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Metaphysics Christ Foundation provides digital resources and platform access on an “as-is” basis. The Foundation is not liable for indirect or incidental service interruptions resulting from internet service provider downtime, external hosting failures, or scheduled maintenance updates.
