2. Terms and Conditions of Service

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any MCF course or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2.2 Payment and Enrollment

  • Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and other approved methods.

  • Enrollment is non-transferable.

  • Course access will only be activated after successful payment clearance.

2.3 Platform Access

  • Online content is generally available 24/7; however, access may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance or technical issues.

  • MCF will attempt, but does not guarantee, advance notice regarding downtime.

2.4 Course Duration and Expiration

  • God-Like Engineering I, II & III: Must be completed within 40 days of activation.

  • God-Like Engineering IV: Must be completed within 30 days of activation.

  • Extensions may only be granted at the sole discretion of MCF.

2.5 Intellectual Property

All course content—including videos, text, audio recordings, manuals, and digital materials—is protected by copyright.
You may not copy, distribute, record, share, resell, or reproduce content in any form without prior written authorization.

Violation may result in legal action and permanent removal of access without refund.

2.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

2.7 Modifications to Terms

MCF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services indicates acceptance.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Courses and Workshops

  • All course enrollments are non-refundable, except in cases where MCF cancels a course.

3.2 Donations, Membership fees, and Subscriptions

  • All donations, membership fees, and recurring payments are final and non-refundable.

3.3 Exceptional Refund Cases

If a refund is issued due to administrative error (e.g., duplicate payment), the following applies:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on payment provider and bank policies.

4. No tax deduction or exemption shall be available to donors

The organization has received registration under Form 10AC as a Section 8 Company. In the absence of approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, no tax deduction or exemption shall be available to donors for contributions made to the organization.
